and click on view articles at the upper right-hand corner of the ensuing page, click
on the green “+Submit Manuscript” button. It will prompt you to create your
account. After creating your account, you will be able to submit manuscripts
directly from your account. If you already have an account, all you have to do
is to log in and submit from your account.
